Our Story

Picture the scene… friends relaxing in the garden on a sunny summer evening, perhaps one or two Margarita/Pornstar Martini/Daiquiri may have been involved, we couldn’t say for sure, but Sabi’s genius garnishing inspiration took flight – the best UK’s fruit and veg, lovingly air-dried to delicately add an extra aromatic dimension to cocktails, G&Ts and wee cheeky gins.

Turns out they transform humble ice cream, cakes into an impressively posh dessert too. We have taken Sabi’s inspiration and run with it, building a family-run business that can reliably supply the wholesale market and still maintain our family’s ethos: additive free, preservative free, vegan, and made to order.
